Why I Started Rapacz CPA

I founded Rapacz CPA because I wanted to build the type of accounting firm I would want to work with myself.

Too often, business owners feel like they're only hearing from their accountant once a year at tax time. Questions go unanswered, planning opportunities are missed, and financial decisions are made without reliable guidance.

My goal is different.

I believe accounting should be a year-round relationship built on communication, trust, and practical advice. Whether a client needs bookkeeping, payroll support, tax planning, or help responding to an IRS notice, I want them to feel comfortable reaching out and getting answers when they need them.

Beyond The Office

When I'm not helping clients, I'm usually spending time with my wife and children, attending family activities, working on projects around the house, or enjoying the outdoors.

Running a family and running a business share many of the same challenges—balancing priorities, planning for the future, and making smart decisions with limited time and resources.

That's one reason I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and small business owners. I understand many of the same pressures they face every day.
